One of the great benefits of using Twitter is that it allows you to quickly and cheaply (free!) communicate with your clients and prospective clients. For a Medispa, there are some great tools out there that help you do this very efficiently. A program I use is very suitable for medspa marketing departments, and that program is Hootsuite. An important Twitter tool for any MedSpa is the ability to schedule your tweets. Tweet scheduling allows you to create a series of tweets and send them out whenever you want. For a medspa, there are four great tweeting strategies: Read more

The fact is there are still patients looking for aesthetic procedures. In 2008 Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Chemical Peels were all up.
