First 2 Weeks on the hCG Maintenance Diet
I know it has been a long time, but I’ve been traveling quite a bit lately. I wanted to let you all know that I’m now going into my third week of “no sugar and starch” hCG maintenance phase, and things are great. I’ve actually lost 3lbs since my last day on hCG. I’m still having a a challenge eating 1,500+ calories a day, but its great to have peanut butter and cheese! (not together of course). As of yesterday, I was 174 (starting weight 204). I did meet with a surgeon who is going to do the new Palomar SlimLipo procedure to remove the excess skin and the last bit of fat deposits around my abdomen and flanks. This machine uses a laser beam to zap the remaining fat (which they then suck out), a great side affect is that it heats up your insides and your skin tightens (takes about 2-3 months to see the actual results).
